If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 7 business days for a STORE CREDIT. Make sure all items are in original condition and is free of any smoke odor, make up, any soils, pet hairs and the original tags are attached in the original packaging.
All items will be inspected before any credit is issued. Please be advised, that we cannot guarantee that the item you are exchanging will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit. Customer are responsible for shipping cost both ways. If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay the shipping cost to return the item to us, and pay for the shipping cost to ship the item back to you.
We will take full shipping responsibility if a customer receive a wrong order, in color, size or style. We will cover all shipping cost.
